Need something comforting, yummy and quickly ready ? Ah, then you need this toast! It is perfect for a Sunday brunch or a breakfast on the go!
No need to precise that I made this one fo the Le Coffee Ride of my man ! The idea is to create every Sunday a “plat du jour” in a brunch style! Which allows me to create new recipes, presentations, and to share it all! I’m having fun … !
This toast, I had it for the first time in Australia, during the rainiest days of my trip!🌧 Stuck in our little van, starving, we toasted our bread in a pan and garnished them with the leftovers, and oh … happiness!🍌 We felt so rich in flavors in our tiny van, a real good memory, made of simple little things! 🚐💨💨
You only need a few ingredients! Bread, sourdough for me (so the gluten is already partly digested in the fermenting process, just like I explained in the avocado toast recipe), a banana, tahini, and some honey.
Regarding the flowers that I’ve used, they mainly are decorative! But they are eatable too. These are flowers from the thyme and the chive, pretty nice isn’t it?
